Welcome to Master O’s kitchen with a great “back to mother nature” segment in the vege garden. Some simple tips on what useful things you can have in your vege garden while be aware, as Martial Artists, that what we eat needs to be unprocessed whenever possible. You just can’t beat eating things straight from the ground. Extraordinary Martial Artists do simple things to make their life better, so growing a vege garden is a real positive action to take in making a move in managing what you eat. Above all, it’s fun!

This “Super Skills” workshop is for members wanting to make some extra headway in achieving their pre-grade testing. This is a free seminar / workshop to give members some extra help in achieving their grading goals. Please wear full uniform and bring a drink bottle. Registration for this is on-line from the home page of the Factor10 website under “Seminars”.

Also, to help you let us know ways to make things more meaningful and fun for you, and really target the “Super Skills” seminar to suit you, we have a short online “Personal Goals” survey for you to fill out. It won’t take a moment, and will really help our great team of Instructors make classes more fun and relevant for you. Those who fill it out will really benefit from doing this, especially at the “Super Skills” seminar.

Factor10 Black belts showed their stuff in the power events of Power Breaking and High Kick with black belts and some colour belt members, mostly from the Hapkido fraternity, giving the crowd probably more than they expected.
