The “FunFactor” seminar on Saturday 6 November was definitely a cracker, with 24 participants enjoying the practical techniques that can be used by all belt and ability levels.
Two sets were covered including striking, joint twisting and joint locking. Take downs and finishes were a part of a number of techniques.

The inaugural “FunFactor” seminar was as action packed as promised with participants entering a whole new world of “one on one” combat and Martial Art techniques.
The team of 20 participants did not let up for one moment on energy levels throughout the 2 hour seminar as Master O’Flaherty gave them exactly what was promised – a not to be forgotten experience in Martial Arts.
